[DCB IN] Dalmia Cement :: increases in OCL India from 21.7% to 45.4%

Dalmia Cement (Bharat) has raised its stake in OCL India to 45.4% from 21.7% percent earlier, in an all cash deal. Dalmia Cement bought 13.46 mn shares, or 23.66%, of OCL India at INR131.83 per share.

[AFX SJ] Afrox :: Dismal FY 2009 EPS outlook

African Oxygen said that FY 2009 EPS, excluding one-off items, known as headline earnings, fell by 40-50% YoY, considerably below analyst expectations.

[0390 HK] China Railway Group :: FY 2000e NI up >400% YoY; Plans $879 mn bond issue

China Railway Group, the country’s largest construction company, said Friday that its estimated FY 2009 NI soared by over 400% YoY to CNY1.12 bn, driven by China’s growing investment in infrastructure. The company said on Sunday that it plans to issue CNY6 bn yuan ($879 mn) in bonds to repay loans, adjust its capital structure and finance working capital requirements.
