State-owned publishing company Anhui Xinhua Media, the biggest publisher in the Anhui province, started trading in Shanghai yesterday after Rmb1.29 bn IPO of 110 mn shares at Rmb11.80 per share. Shares rose 49.4% to close at Rmb17.63.
